Using humor to diffuse the stigma of hearing loss

People experiencing hearing loss often don’t understand the extent of their own loss. Even when they begin to notice the detrimental effects on their own lives, they will often ignore the issue long beyond the point it begins affecting the people around them. Our work for GN ReSound hearing aids tapped into this truth and diffused the stigma of hearing loss through humor to encourage people to act.
