Cost Cutters was seeking an agency to help them develop a television campaign for their salons. KC developed two television spots centered on the simple truth that at most family salons, the stylists don’t really listen to what you want. But at Cost Cutters, stylists are specifically trained to actually listen to what you want, so you won’t get anything less than a cut you love. The resulting “Love Your Cut” theme has been extended to radio, in-store and internal communications.
