At the height of the COVID-19 crisis, EcoLab asked KC to quickly turn around ideas to help position them as “a thought leader in enabling industries around the world to operate in a new era of enhanced hygiene standards.” The goal was to enable their customers to leverage the EcoLab brand and expertise to increase consumer confidence. KC delivered brand concepts around a “seal of approval” that could be awarded and proudly displayed (in places like restaurant windows) to customers in order to highlight that EcoLab’s rigorous methods were applied to help them respond and recover from COVID-19.
